Statins, but let’s make it make sense. Primary prevention is not vibes: LDL 190 or more, or Age 40–75 with diabetes, or PREVENT risk over 7.5. High-intensity statins I actually mean: Atorva 40–80 Rosuva 20–40 Moderate intensity: Atorva 10–20 Rosuva 5–10 Simva 20–40 Prava 40–80 Simple. Testable. Done. Now the real question: Patient is already on a high-intensity statin. LDL is sitting around 70. But triglycerides are around 250. What are you adding next? Drop your answer in the comments. #Cardiol
