分享給大家麻辣鮮香的烤麵筋，做法簡單易學！ #烤麵筋 【烤麵筋】 食材： 谷朊粉 溫水 孜然粉，花椒粉，白芝麻，白糖，鹽，辣椒面，熱油 生抽，蚝油，芝麻醬 做法： 1. 首先准備做面筋的這個谷朊粉，250克的谷朊粉中加入5克鹽，再加入500克的溫水給他一邊攪拌一邊倒入，也不需要揉面，直接放在一邊給他醒面一個小時。 2. 谷朊粉其實就是小麥粗蛋白粉，是將小麥面粉經過水洗，把面粉中的澱粉和蛋白質分離，然後經過低溫烘幹篩粉就是谷朊粉了。 3. 把視頻屏幕上所有的配料攪拌均勻，我們的調料就准備好了。（一大勺孜然粉，一大勺花椒粉，一大勺白芝麻，一小勺白糖，一小勺鹽，辣椒面適量，潑熱油，一勺生抽，一勺蚝油，一勺芝麻醬攪拌均勻） 4. 醒好的面筋直接給它取出來整理一下，再給它對半分開切成長條，再借助一雙筷子給它卷起來，卷的時候給它撐開，撐的薄一點，這樣做出來的口感會更好。卷好之後給它往下推拉一下，再往上推拉，我們的面筋就做好了。 5. 水開之後下入面筋，開小火給它慢煮，煮至漂浮起來就可以撈出來了。再過一下涼水，這樣口感會更筋道。取一個竹簽給它穿起來，再用刀給它劃出螺旋刀口。這樣我們的面筋串就做好了。
