There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the regular cable row — however there is something arguably better, the chest supported row. The added stability the chest support provides in the chest supported row is just not possible with a regular seated cable row (unless you do unilateral hip supported variant). So if you’re someone who has a hard time resisting being pulled forward in the stretched position on seated cable rows, definitely incorporate some sort of chest supported row if possible #fyp
